Our training is based upon the Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do system and combines traditional stances and footwork with blocks, kicks, and strikes. It is more than a workout; it is a learning experience. Our instructors will teach you all the details of martial arts, with insight into each technique. The benefits can be realized on a daily basis.
